This footage is all located in a simple to use client center with footage built directly into your patrol report organized by date and available for 3 years. Daily activity and incident reports are crucial to a property owner or manager. In addition to communicating what was observed at the property, they provide important documentation in case of a lawsuit. We will customize each client's report to reflect the property's specific needs and customer's preferences. Detailed electronic reports will be generated and made available in the portal daily to notify the customer of any unusual activities, incidents or maintenance issues.
Each morning, reports will be reviewed by San Antonio Patrol Service management & command staff and customers will be notified either by phone or email of any incidents or unusual findings. Since the reports will be reviewed regularly, we can also be proactive in recommending solutions to recurring problems.
